I think A lot of Faizul Ridzuan group members are closely monitoring it..per my source, his group is benchmarking this property with Hartamas Regency & Icon MK. Then use walking distance to KL Metropolis as selling point ...
Nowadays I start to on doubt, don’t Faizul is the one who keep saying we should not buy something based on unclear boosters ? MRT3 on hold(most likely cancel), would KL METROPOLIS still able to go as per plan without MRT3? |

This topic becomes hot as there is one guru who comments 99% of the projects/subsale in the market are all grade C and D, and now he grade this project which is selling by his group as grade AA

Some developer not really care about walk in customer, in first place they d plan to sell at 650 psf via engaging with agents.
Then tell the whole world that they are selling at 800 psf, it is bonus if really there are “water fish” being cheated and buy it. Example, sometimes do you really believe to those so called “50% discount promotion” in shopping mall? Have you compared if they already marked up the price and told you that they are now selling at big discount? |

Heard that developer is asking high deposit for downpayment .. that’s why a lot negative push back post pop up to create impression to developer that this project is rubbish ? So that they can go back for 10k deposit ?

1800-2.2k for fully furnished , depend on how much money you invest to install wallpaper to make it looking classy. |
