Some developer not really care about walk in customer, in first place they d plan to sell at 650 psf via engaging with agents.

Then tell the whole world that they are selling at 800 psf, it is bonus if really there are “water fish” being cheated and buy it.

Example, sometimes do you really believe to those so called “50% discount promotion” in shopping mall? Have you compared if they already marked up the price and told you that they are now selling at big discount?

maybe 800psf is gross and net is 650psf.

agents like to use net net net price to lure customers.

whereas developer can only use their published or spa price in media.

650psf wouldn't this be the cheapest if not one of the cheapest in this area?
