Definitely grade E for segambut area. Another add on to unsold units in Malaysia.

So, the anwer for this so called grade A property is NAJIB.

Some developer not really care about walk in customer, in first place they d plan to sell at 650 psf via engaging with agents.

Then tell the whole world that they are selling at 800 psf, it is bonus if really there are “water fish” being cheated and buy it.

Example, sometimes do you really believe to those so called “50% discount promotion” in shopping mall? Have you compared if they already marked up the price and told you that they are now selling at big discount?
