Rating Just bcos of price ke? Only price saje? Total supply, vacancy cost, holding cost, cashflow tu semua tak peduli?

problem now all of this info tak tau.
only know 3blocks, around 1k units
price rumour 800-900psf, then some say got discount to 650psf for bulk buy???

cashflow holding cost vacancy cost?? tak tau lah. pls share share.

total supply for dutamas? i agak 10k units incoming?

Definitely grade E for segambut area. Another add on to unsold units in Malaysia.

So, the anwer for this so called grade A property is NAJIB.
