Same, haven't received my 3rd month yet. Renewed on 27th, emailed Boost last week but weas told by Satish to wait for 1 week.

We have quite a few. Everyone in the family has their own Boost wallet among other eWallets.

Anyway this one was my wife's. Decided to use it for this 11s purchase to masuk the gift giving event. It's not totally inactive, 1 or 2 times a week but rarely >RM20. In my previous posts I only stated the transactions which would have qualified for the Tuesday reward. She has never won before so it is a nice surprise.

from your screenshot there was no transaction at all from 3/12 until 12/2. so probably she didn’t log in until 12/12. then tuesday shake reward immedately came in....
just my guess... only your wife knows ya

Yeah, I think that's probably what happened. I'm the only person excited about the shake rewards. I can ask her to check for any unshaken rewards and I bet she doesn't know where to look for it.

nx morning checked, reward in but it's "boost reward" instead of "yoodo reward". guess they just deposit using manual submission to solve the ticket.

No worries just give more time for Yoodo rewards, only open ticket more than 10 working days still not in yet.

Patience my young Padawan. The computers do the rewards. Not the actual CS people. Most important is they respond to us truthfully in a timely manner.

Agreed. this is not CS's fault. They are helping us to chase. Furthermore it has dependency on 3rd party(Yoodo), if Yoodo doesnt update Boost that you have renewed the plan, then Boost cant cash in for u also. they dont have access to Yoodo's system to check.

Dont forget Yoodo is under Celcom. you know their working culture there... Sn@il.......

the power rewards for 1st time prepaid top up mcm scam la....i topped up rm100 but got only rm3....i asked why only rm3 since it's the higher tier.....cs replied " up to "

I’ve just encountered an issue whereby, the transaction to withdrawal was successful, but I have not received it. Anyone encountered this issue? Have cross checked and my account number is correct.

When did you withdraw ? I also did withdrawal today and it is my first time, the notice said will transfer after 2-3 days.

Patience has its limit Master Jedi. If today my RM120 can go missing just like this with no news even after 5 working days, I guess I'll not be surprised if someone else reported the same with bigger amount.

It's the responsiveness of the CS that I'm not pleased about. As long as you don't follow up with them, don't expect them to at least inform the user that they're still working on the issue.
