Just tried my first experience of Boost/TnG Wallet at Tesco.
It wasn't a smooth and pleasant experience.

Tried on 1st booth. Always Error #97
The staff on duty asked me to switch to another machine.
The 2nd booth. Always re-connecting.
Then he called his supervisor. The supervisor restarted the CIMB POS.
Same problem: Always re-connecting. I asked if it's ready.
She said already got customer tried and successful before.
Then, she asked to go back to the 1st booth to try again but with prompt with Error #97.
Then, she restarted the CIMB POS and finally, the transaction went through.
I suspected could be the POS jammed or what.

same error msg happened to me last weekend at self checkout counter. at first use TnGO then Boost. both end up same error #97. staff said sometime can sometime cannot. lazy to try other counter. end up paid with amex.
suspect is the QR scanner connection issue.

mine 3rd mth renewal already charge for few days but 2nd reward still haven't in, hence last few days send a follow up ticket and replied that will deposit for me by end of the day.
nx morning checked, reward in but it's "boost reward" instead of "yoodo reward". guess they just deposit using manual submission to solve the ticket.

guess for those who didn't track will just miss it.

2nd reward 13/12 (raise ticket and reward manually)
3rd reward still pending.

1st reward 3/10
2nd reward 12/11 (raise ticket and system reward)
3rd reward 14/12 (raise ticket and manually reward.

yeah, my mission for telco reloaded also with 0% complete even reload right after submit mission. now it's clasified under failed mission. rclxms.gif
In future will use grabpay for reload
