There is an LYN account who claimed to be an official Boost representative. Posted a few times then stopped. Maybe just lurking for now and helping us out silently. Can't be Pooven or Hafiz, those 2 are probably swimming in support tickets. Maybe Syakirah, not the singer.

Maybe that's the purpose haha, to confuse us to simply spend the wrong amount and not getting anything. No need 50% lor, I rather say min spend RM 10 and get RM 2 in cash back for all merchants. Easy.

This is always my biggest concern and I think one of the biggest disadvantage. It's so risky, I'm normally very careful and check everything every week. But sometimes I forget to check, or I've too many transactions, then those not verified ones got deleted.

Main concern is when I top up and withdraw, I need to verify if my credit is charged correctly, and if my withdrawal has been successful

Use the one hour coupons available at 10AM, 2PM, 4PM, 8PM. Random but it's easy to get a 15% Min RM100 purchase Max RM30 Cart coupon. Similar to the Boost 15% but lower max discount. Boost 15% is RM50 right? And you don't have to use Boost for payment.

I guess this experience differs from people to people. I've had quite some bad experience with Pooven & Sathish since they didn't bother to update me on the status of my ticket. I had to proactively ask for follow-up before Hafiz update me that they're still investigating.

Then it could be last the Tuesday before which you didn't aware.
So far no other cashback with 50 and above except the Tuesday shake.

Can i use the 30% promo cashback if i pay with boost and is using boost the best way to buy from fave now?

Do i buy using the favedeals section in the boost app or do i use the fave app first then find for option to pay with boost?

Great if we have a superhero in town, save the hassle to open ticket. But how do he know which account is mine if he is helping out without asking for account details.

Initially when started using Boost, top up, transfer, payment and cashback are calculated manually to check whether tally with the balance but after 1 month already lost track as too many transactions and transaction history only show X number of latest transactions. Now only can their ledger system, hopefully everything is accurate

Will Boost have fingerprint validation on top of PIN?

OMG, I think you're right. I never thought of going back further than 1 week. It's not last the Tuesday before as there weren't any transactions then. There's one(>RM20) on Nov 15 which was the 10th week (12-18/11).

i guess you must be having a few boost accounts. the specific account remained idle and logged off for a week or more, until you lately purchased in 11st app and “forced” to login the specific boost account. Soon after the account was logged in, boost tuesday shake reward which was supposedly awarded to you last week, just came in
