I'm not sure about others, I was attracted to Boost previously with their many CB promo etc, started when they gave 50% CB up to RM 10, that was the most attractive to me.

Then they launched so many promo, and most of it, particularly the recent ones, you need to beg and beg for the promised CB, yet they refused to honour that, and simply ignore you or close the case.

So, what else is good about Boost? To me, it's only the shake rewards. Previously without Amex, I will still use Amex unless amt is small. But now with Amex, I'm ok to use Boost provided no other e-wallet being accepted.

Which e-wallet better? To me GrabPay, Fave, and if T&G and WeChat have promo, then definitely go for them. At least, T&G and WeChat never cheated like Boost did. Also, for Grab, the equivalent CB is 20%-30% worth of redemption, if you're a Platinum member and of course not all items, only some selected items.

So yeah, Boost is down below my list now, only use it when no other alternatives, for the RM 1 shake, better than nothing. Or if they have direct discount up front, then I'll use it.
In my experience, Boost really the winner, winner of the worst customer service, ever.

I personnaly didnt find the customer service is as bad as described. I had dealt with them on several occassion n they all willing to solve the problem within few days.
Right now, i dont see any other ewallet can take over boost for the time being. Just the top up n withdraw function is already KO other ewallets. Plus the shake rewards that they are giving. If we are no hardup on all this tiny tiny cb, we dont even have to bother to go to the extent of begging them. Just let go. Your dignity worth more than the tiny cb if you got to beg them.
Users doesnt care cs good or bad as long as they still can squeeze the benefits from boost. Boost will only KO from ewallet market after there are no more benefits.
I myself have grabpay, but i dont see it can over take Boost with the few offers that they have.

Personally, my experience with the CS so far is fine as opposed to the others who complained here...

But judging from the complaints here, I think the CS team should really get their crap right...

If you're talking about dignity, how about the dignity that Boost has when they're ignoring other user's messages and feedback? It might be a tiny cashback, but when it's advertised, it should be done the same way as advertised, otherwise it's gonna be false advertisement.

I'm fine with Boost, I'm already using it almost everyday like an "investment" in hoping that they can finally become the e wallet that Malaysians use everyday. But they seem to be starting to have that monopoly mindset which means they're starting to become arrogant to their users, like the other fellow forummer here said...take it or leave it.

They should really be taught a lesson (like criticism from the media etc.) , otherwise they gonna keep doing it wrong.
