Perhaps you can go offer yourself as the replacement of the monkeys management since i believe you can do a very good job. U must be a top performer in your company now n with your track record, you may get to replace that ceo who had left. Then boost will become top ewallet in malaysia if not the world number 1.

I personaly give u all the support as i am a heavy "abuser" and hope boost will not die off

I personnaly didnt find the customer service is as bad as described. I had dealt with them on several occassion n they all willing to solve the problem within few days.
Right now, i dont see any other ewallet can take over boost for the time being. Just the top up n withdraw function is already KO other ewallets. Plus the shake rewards that they are giving. If we are no hardup on all this tiny tiny cb, we dont even have to bother to go to the extent of begging them. Just let go. Your dignity worth more than the tiny cb if you got to beg them.
Users doesnt care cs good or bad as long as they still can squeeze the benefits from boost. Boost will only KO from ewallet market after there are no more benefits.
I myself have grabpay, but i dont see it can over take Boost with the few offers that they have.

If you're talking about dignity, how about the dignity that Boost has when they're ignoring other user's messages and feedback? It might be a tiny cashback, but when it's advertised, it should be done the same way as advertised, otherwise it's gonna be false advertisement.

I'm fine with Boost, I'm already using it almost everyday like an "investment" in hoping that they can finally become the e wallet that Malaysians use everyday. Looking at the number of CS that they have vs the number of growing boost users. I believe they are seriously overwhelmed.
Boost probably cant handle and if we knows that they are having problem n we still join the rank of enjoying the benefits but sometimes we get it or we miss it, just let it go lor. If the problem has become too much, just dump boost n treat boost as a scammer, we can continue hapilly use our credit cards for the same usage. No need to make oneself angry or agitated over a small amount of money unless u win the 888 or 8888 angpow n they ignore your prizes. Even BP also have problems with the big points transfer to Big account.

If they missed my shake rewards, i am fine, if they block me from top up and withdraw, then i will join the Q to dump boost.

Why you dont believe? Bank are very generous actually. They give u money if u use they cards to spend. They give u lucky draw like a bmw if u use their cards ti spend. In conclusion. Spend as much as u can, you may no need to buy house buy car in future. tongue.gif

Boost needs to survive. They cant keep dump money to promote but didnt get the result. As majority of the rewards sapu by the abusers. If i am boost, i will try to curb it

We dont have to be upset with them

We dont lose anything with them thus we can always use other e wallet if they are not good.

Similarly, people said got one restaurant always cheat customers but their dishes is very nice. If we want to eat, so prepare to get cheat or choose other eateries. Unless they are the only place that we can go n no where else.

Its true. Red-eyed users who failed to get cb went n challenged boost till BNM involved as they see others getting cb while they didnt. They will feel happy if boost close shop.

U r lucky. I got a reply that my account is deactivated and is under investigation whether i have violated boost clause no 4.
