Last time I complaint to BNM after they ignore me, but BNM reply with this:

Try to pay at Tesco, failed 2 times n cashier refuse to retry after failed 2 times, error code #97, ended up pay with card

Tesco selayang.. 2 times error also 97, by the way, wat is mean by error #97?

Actually 1 day b4 I also use to pay at Tesco selayang, first time the cashier tell me error, but she didn’t show me the error msg, 2nd time try again was successful.. but, today no luck even 2nd time..
