Hmm so I’m here at this cafe which recently started to accept Boost but unable to top up using BigPay 😅 is the server down? Or BigPay issue.

The CS do not know their promo well, argued with me over 5 replies only they admitted their mistake n finally gave me the balanced pathetic rm2. If not for their arrogant reply I would have shrugged off the rm2. When I finally got the rm2, i gave them a shelling but no reply or apologies.

actually their cs guy is like 2-3 people only. It either Hafiz, or the Indian guy Satish and the other Indian.
And they really seems to not knowing much about the merchant.

Have an issue with MBO cashback previously, and i have to argued so long then finally receive the cashback lol

too many promos by boost
not only customers are confused, boost customer service staff are also confused too
why not just do like the previous promo- 50% cb up to Rm10 for all

went to Nando's and used Boost, while waiting for my takeaway, I saw at least 6 - 7 customers paying with either cash or debit card only, all transactions over RM30++ . No Boost at all, seems like they don't know paying with Boost can get shake reward and win cashback ..

Rich people don't care about these peanuts...I spent RM50+ that day and only got rm0.50 cb...

I’m poorer. I only go Nandos when they had the 50% cashback. Never go again after that.

I use CC more than e-wallets in Malaysia because I'm always disappointed by the usual response from the merchants that "system down" and whatnot.

Still, these days I force myself to use Boost whenever available however I usually keep very low balance in Boost and only reload some on the spot before paying. tongue.gif

I have never tried it before, but based on my understanding, it's 4494 + 6 (processing fees)

anyone facing issue to trnasfer money out to casa? mine cannot perform since last month until now. what happened?

already lodge complaint to cs, excuse only. still no resolve.

Went to Watson's today hoping to use Boost but was told that they were not ready for Boost despite banners in the store promoting Boost already. What a joke.
