Hmm so I’m here at this cafe which recently started to accept Boost but unable to top up using BigPay 😅 is the server down? Or BigPay issue.

I haven't been able to top up my Boost using prepaid/credit card. Only bank works now, any idea how could I resolve this?

Only started noticing it last weekend when I wanted to top up to pay the cafe. Initially using BigPay but it didnt work, then I tried other credit card also didn't work ._. then I tried bank account and it worked.

This error kept appearing when I tried Boost. I tried to re add the card, the authorization went through but I could not top up.

I reset my pin already. CS replied said its "stability" issue asking me to retry again later...

I’m so pissed off with the CS, didn’t reply me then set as “solved”. Warned him and see if he improves, if not tomorrow need call up already.

Did that as well, the card can be added after the RM2 authorization but still unable to topup after dry.gif.

Same thing happened to me at Popular Book Store... so they have 4 counters, but only 1 was open while the other 3 staffs was chit chatting. Then until my turn only they boot up the device... but got error etc so I just waited there while the list became longer. Then only they opened up the other counters... these lazy buggers.

eWallet makes it so easy, and no pesky coins to carry biggrin.gif plus the seller doesn't need to carry much cash.

For the Boost voucher, yes Preferred and Malls only. Not applicable for Normal sellers.

Like I said... I'm just telling you a Shopee seller can be either Normal or Preferred or Mall, they can't be both Preferred + Mall.

Top right is Preferred, bottom left is a Mall (sometimes it has the 24hr logo instead of Mall). The rest is "Normal".

I was topping up to boost using SC LFC, 4th transaction it prompted this error 😅
