Yup recently tried this on both email and FB Messenger. They asked for Phone number and till pending since Monday.

Yup. Boost support is lousy. email no reply. Finally they contact me after I contact them from boost website. Open case there, response is faster.
I requested them to close boostmymoney as FAQ process is wrong and invalid email.

Now they have close my boostmymoney. Make sure withdraw all cash
waiting process 7-14 days.

now lazada doesn't not support to use boost to make payment? I din see the payment option to choose boost anymore now.

Duitnow QR is now a payment option.
You can use Boost, ShopeePay (not including Spaylater), Grabpay to pay Lazada.

Hi, if we top up Boost wallet using credit cards and pay the 0.75% convenience fee, will the funds be "transferable" and eligible for cashing out via DUITNOW?

Duitnow Transfer to I/C number - not available.
Duitnow Transfer to Telephone Number - Mine OK (not sure other users). But to same phone number (self) not allowed.

You don't preset your I/C number and Phone number to a particular bank account?
i.e. if I Duitnow Transfer to that I/C number ot Phone number, the fund will get credited into that particular bank account.

So you don't have to give people your account number again. Your bank account number remains secret to the sender.

The 4th method of using Duitnow Transfer is Duitnow QR. It also works for my Boost account, but I heard some users were blocked/banned (not sure it is true or not).

i just put RM500 in BoostMyMoney..keep 5 days still can get 15k points?

Has anyone received that 15k points so far?

I received mine 9 days after. I'm new to BoostMyMoney.

Hmm. What’s the reason why DuitNow can only transfer RM 1 regardless the transfer amount? I just reloaded with CC and wanted to transfer it to a DN account.

Edit: Solved after splitting into smaller transactions.

Hi can anyone tell me how does boost payflex work? Does it work the same as shopee paylater? Pay back within a month has no additional fee incurred. And payment can make through credit card?

You can check your notification within the app - code is sent there not via sms

can confirm if u do excessive (or should i say dumb) they will ban the usgae of Duitnow PERSONAL QR.
one guy i know i talk to him about potential t/o back via Duitnow personal QR , he do it 1 shot 4.5k , ended up next month he try again, can't do.
