Hi Sifus
i deposited RM 100 to Boost app using TNG prepaid visa. This was counted towards the credit card upload limit of RM 2000.
Surprisingly, I could use RM 60 to pay into SSPN-i account.
Question: Does Boost app consider TNG Prepaid Visa as a Credit Card or Debit Card source? Thank you

QUOTE(~~5ive~~ @ Apr 24 2023, 07:17 PM) Can i confirm right before you pay SSPN RM60, is RM100 the balance you have in boost (which is the one that you just reloaded using cc). Reason of asking is by any chance you have online banking balance available, and even though you have just reloaded using cc, the payment to sspn is deducted against the online banking balance, not the cc balance. Hi. My balance was RM 0 before I reloaded RM 100 using the Touch N Go Prepaid Visa. Then I could pay RM 60 into SSPN surprisingly. I then contacted Boost which confirmed that the TNG Prepaid Visa is NOT a debit card and cannot be used towards SSPN.

QUOTE(MGM @ Apr 25 2023, 01:05 AM) It is a sspn deposit n not ptptn loan repayment? Is there a fee for sspn deposit? It was for sspn deposit for a fee of RM 1. It seemed that there was a technical bug which had allowed the payment as the customer service explained that tng prepaid visa was not considered a debit card

Hi, if we top up Boost wallet using credit cards and pay the 0.75% convenience fee, will the funds be "transferable" and eligible for cashing out via DUITNOW?
Or are the funds still restricted to paying certain bills and services? Thank you
