Need some opinions from you guys

I wanted to register my mobile for BOOST last week, it said my mobile number already registered!

Surprised, i put forgot password,reset it then ok ,i could register

Have been just starting to load the Wallet and then suddenly i realised transaction
history showed records before i started end of May 2019

See attached screenshots, somebody by the name Sxxxxx has been using my number for BOOST before? in Sept 2017?
the oldest record is at bottom right?
can see below July is Sept.. but all small amount transactions only

WHile waiting for CS reply, would appreciate comments, is my Boost wallet safe or not like that...


Looking at the transactions history, i saw there were 9 records before my usage

I have been using that same celcom Xpax number since more than 10 yrs ago

Just wonder how did it happen...that 3rd person could register using my mobile number
whether he would be able to do so again and withdraw my Boost wallet..

Can last till 2023, actually registered under my kid's name.
Would BOOSt go and dig out it is not my own name and cant do transfer out to my bank account later on?

when i reset PW, i did not realise got old email there. I just keyed in my info like new registrant, dont remember seeing any old email there

That old account if it was a premium BOOST Wallet, that means new user cant register IC with it? I just put my IC in , approval is pending,
hopefully BOOST allow me the real owner to use....


I am new BOOST user, want to paybills in mission, noted forever that 3 paybill missions FULL
Any one knows when BOOST will refresh and put new pay bills miisions?

My boost account Premium Wallet spent Rm400 and Trf bank RM1498 , have not been able to topup wallet with creditcards past 2 days

Complained to CS advised to reboot phone, try again.
Tried reboot also uninstall and reinstall BOOSt, still cant reload again with credit cards

Existing card cannot, add new card also failed.

Anyone have similar problem? how to solve that?

Max transaction RM4500, so my usage RM1898 should not be the cause right?

yes, because after topping out 3 times Rm100 on each card, further top up failed, so i deleted 1 card tried add 1 new credit card.
unable to add new card. I Never tried use same credit card on another Boost acc

waited next day, that existing card still cant topup. not easy to use creditcrad to topup this Boost, already 48 hrs still unable
CS said try reboot try reinstall, still cant

anybody got problem topping up ? i card can top up max 3 x Rm100 only?

No,but i transferred out 3 days later,because no suitable missions.
money received after 2 days in MBB

Yes missions keep comin reload 100 get coins.
Mybrother account reloaded 10 xRM100 also not blocked, is like we dont know how Boost can allow some
to reload many times


problem is we dont know their limit, they entice us with missions sure we keep doing, paid PTPTN x10

my account also same, unable to add money with credit card last 5 days,
keep trying daily still same, already complained to Boost told to restart phone, reinstall,
then asked my card details, said will do something
but still same unable to load

did Boost tell u is account blocked?

hello frens WTA,

Premium wallet supposed can store RM1500 and max usage RM4500/month

After i paid bills totalled RM1200, wallet balance low,
so i loaded RM500 x2 balance was RM1050,

3rd reload i put RM400----> failed ------> received message ..." limit reached for premium Wallet..."

I tried reduced amount reload from 400 to 300 to 200 to 100 also it says limit reached.! surprised premium wallet RM1050 unable to topup further, not credit card or OTP prolem,it says limit reached.

I heard from my brother, total RM4500 per month usage also can be exceeded,
his fren had used Boost till RM4900 per month!

anybody got similar experience?
1)premium wallet unable to topup to full RM1500
2)Total usage can exceed RM4500 per month?

technical glitch for me may be...

yes i think is using multiple cards, reload too many times

i have similar problem, better use only 1 or 2 cards for that 1 acount, dont use same card on other accounts


Super Shake reward: Anybody knows how it comes?

I got one RM20 today, actually how do we get this super shake reward?
is it a consolation prizes from our entry to those tokens we placed on betting grand prize, variety prizes?
i checked history, last week closed entries - i won nothing.

hi can we use static Boost QR code (eg Screenshot picture from Gallery) to make payment ?

Meaning we are offline and want to pay with Boost-
can we just show the QR code on our phone Gallery (offline) and the merchant scan it and payment can be done?

the system is gila gila, but if to our benefit just accept it quietly, me too
very sure the system is something wrong but if to our benefit who cares

i am expecting to increase wallet and transaction amount, RM1500 so low
RM4500 per month too little

i have similar problem, 1 day can topup next day cannot, it happens on and off.

email Support team standard reply, totally useless , took so many days before they solve it then can reload already


just wonder why Boost regularly block creditcard topups............despite not sharing credit card with other Boost account.


can Jonathan help find out? i doubt the excuse of weak internet connection as a reason..

Want to ask,

i have 2 Boost accounts from 2 mobile numbers, both also Premium Wallet with same name and Ic keyed in.

First account had been verified.

If i go verify my 2nd Boost account by taking picture same IC and selfie, would that disturb or invalidate my first account that had been verified ealier?

Anyone having 2 Boost accounts on 1 name,both verified with same IC and selfie picture?

i paid PTPTN RM200 just now got 400 coins and shake rewards 2800 coins!
previously i got highest shake was 665 coins for paying PTPTN RM285.
