On foodpanda i realise that some merchants do not give boost payment option. How/why is this so? How to check before reaching payment page?

no direct and reliable way

only proper wat is to hit the payment page, then only see the available payment options there.

hi. i want to file complaint with government bodies about Boost.

which body can i complain to? MCMC? KPDN? BNM?

this is about deleting my account and all the relevant information.

before anyone suggest contacting Boost via email, it has been 1 month since i heard from them after going to their website and submitting the request

U meant they close your account unilaterally, without notice? Why? What about the balance?

they did not delete my account. i want to delete my account but do not know why, cannot. everytime i try to delete, i receive the OTP but the screen just show the circle spinning. so, just ask them help me do it. the money i transfer out already. just want ask help close account

what issue u have? Boost can reject your top up due to their logic.

I think 1 go topup too high value, i try lower 1k then ok. Also maybe not yet update app

do note some banks also limit the amount when reloading into ewallets (high-risk).

Some dont allow >1 txn in a day. You may call the bank to temporary uplift the limit (grace period), but will will return to default limit after grace period.

Ah okay thanks for the info 🙏 maybe 2k is scb limit. Didnt know bank impose some soft limit without noticing

just try topup rm200 succesfully, using alliance cc
