Hi all, I found out from bigpay that Boost is not accepting any top up from bigpay - therefore they are rejecting those who top up today.

I hope BigPay staff talk nonsense that they are consider as competitor to Boost.While that statement from them is completely false and doesn't make any sense, but whatever they think, how is it related to consumers like us? If that's really what Boost thinks, then they're gonna lose tons of users. Bigpay is just a prepaid card, and we use it to top up money into our Boost wallet, money still flows as usual, and it makes our lives easier. Barring us from doing so will just make things more difficult, so what's the point? I hope it's just the Bigpay staff talking nonsense due to lack of knowledge though. |

Hi I just tried to reload boost with BP and I got two TAC at the same time. I tried both ways using the earlier one and next reload with latest TAC. I still unable to reload and suggested me to contact BP to disable 3D. Anyone encounter this problem?

Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Currently Bigpay card is not supported. We will solve this issue as soon as possible. Regards Boost Support Team |

Speaking of online voucher purchase, has anyone had issue with the missions - Buy any online voucher accumulate RM 100 get RM 4? I purchased RM 100 for RM 92 Lazada voucher but the mission wasn't detect my spending. When I purchased lower amount the mission pick it up on the spending.. Sigh... I just reported the issue and in the middle of investigation...

Any luck of getting RM 10 cashback for spending at Watson. I spent about RM100+ but did not received any cashback. Do you all think that the limit has reached?

Does anyone encounter issue with unsuccessful top up with BigPay today? I checked my boost account still got 500 limit to spend but keep failing. I changed to other card but successful.
