is there a quota on how many boost star to claim per day/month? Just claimed 5k on bill payment. Next bill cannot use boot star to redeem even diff types of bill

Boost Support is very lousy service, simple issue like account locked after 10 days they only reply back my email. First time encounter this bad experiences.

dunno how boost bank later. cannot imagine this kind of service. if worse experience like rize, might as well I stay with gxbank.
even my case also, reply and keep ask q for 3 to 4 times, yet case still unresolved

I am not sure if this is for Beyond Card or Boostmymoney.

I receive notification few days ago there is Chagee voucher credited but just now was struggle to find it back.

So if anyone experience the same it is in BoostUp page. Then rewards - “For you” tab. Hope this helps.

at least Rize you are able to reach them through phone.

and its tie to your phone number registered with Boost.

only my spare phone is using celcom, so am forced to use Boost using my spare phone number.

Hey guys,

Why can't I make payment with Boost?

I scanned the QR code (pink) and enter amount then next, the screen flashed a while but nothing happened.

Quite similar to the above case as wkalvin, any solution for this?
