I'm sorry but by topup I mean I buy phone topup in Boost app.

If you buy phone topup in the app, right after it settled, you will need to shake your phone. I think the more topup you buy, the higher chances to get higher cashback.

I reliased that the quicker you shake your phone right after the topup complete, the higher chance you'll get higher cashback. I may be wrong, but I anticipated to shake in the third reload and get the rm1 reward. By this I mean, right when the shake banner comes out, then you start shake the phone.

Ya I tried reload Digi using 11st also cannot this morning. Ended up using MyDigi app. I guess this must be the case when Digi cut their commission for dealers. They all don't really want to entertain Digi reloads.

So the route for Presto EV is

1. Topup Boost, close boost.
2. Go back and click through ShopBack, choose boost
3. Press Presto inside Boost app and buy EV

Right?

4. Wait for 30% cashback credited within 3 working days.

I receive notification few days ago there is Chagee voucher credited but just now was struggle to find it back.

So if anyone experience the same it is in BoostUp page. Then rewards - “For you” tab. Hope this helps.

Hi anyone has idea why it becomes like this?

I transferred in via Duitnow to Boost (where I set my phone number to Boost Duitnow) amount 2k, wanted to put into Boostmymoney but idk why they only allow 487.37 can be deposited out of this 2k? I think if Duitnow was the source all this should falls under online banking source right?

Alright I understood now, there is caveat. Only 20% of Duitnow transferred in amount can be used to deposit Boostmymoney.

So I scan again my QR for MBB account in Boost to cash out to MBB Savings then redeposit back into Boost wallet using wallet online banking function, this way all full amount will be able to put into Boostmymoney.

Such a hassle 😭😭
