I got the message of "Your last request to transfer out is still being processed. Please do not attempt another transfer out with this bank until we have approved your request"
But all my transfers from Boost have already been received. So what I did was I used another bank and Bingo, it went through.
So I wonder if there is a restriction of how much or how many times you can use a bank for transfers within a week or a month.

BP? This is Boost forum. The last time I had a problem I tried search but didn't find the in-app chat feature so had to send email.
I never received a reply from them but the problem solved by itself after a few days. It's about the error message of "we are still processing your previous transfer..." when I had no outstanding transfer.

I have been having problem in transferring to bank. I have 216.00 in my wallet so I tried transferring 214.00 allowing 2.00 for transfer fee. But so many tries still could not. The message was "Oops looks like something went wrong... "
Any of you guys having this problem? Is this a technical issue or it's a procedure issue, such as one not allowed to zerorize his wallet. But I tried a smaller amount and still couldn't proceed

Some posts talked about not being able to add credit card for topping up.
I experienced that yesterday. Tried few times more today and still failed to add card.
This evening I thought I'd try uninstalling then reinstalling, and YES it worked!

Surely 1 and 2 are allowed?
I was doing topup for my husband last week using my credit card, I had no problem. I would think logically it should be allowed.

But transferring out from Boost to an account/joint account not in your name, logically not to be allowed.

Christie it may not be a blocking issue. Try uninstalling Boost and reinstalling again. I know my son had the problem of not being able to add another card for top up last week. Then he did the uninstaling and reinstalling after that it's good to go!
Try it and tell us the result

Is there some conflict between 3.7 and 3.8 on the premium wallet? The bank transfer limit is sill RM1000 daily and RM4500 monthly, but with a new ruling of RM200 per transaction is that right?

I claimed the RM10 Duit Raya last Friday and did not use it. Thought it's gone for good. After checking in here, I found it in my Partner's Wallet. And Yes, I was able to use it for my electricity bill!

Ya it kept saying service unavailable. I was trying to claim the Raya voucher not knowing it's per voucher per user. Only after reading earlier posts here then I went to check in my partner's wallet and found it sitting there.

I tried to transfer Boost to Boost yesterday RM500 but couldn't. The message was something like "insufficient balance..." . So I checked the older posts here and came across someone that said Boost to Boost cannot do now.
I thought this could be something similar to TnG and ShopeePay that have implemented the transferable and non-transferable feature.
Anyway, I tried again in the afternoon with reduced amount, testing RM499, RM300 and finally was able to Boost out RM200. I did 2 more times and they all went through. Don't know if there's a daily limit or what.
All my top-ups have been by cc
