Let's assume that such SST rebate is offered for Quantum MasterCard. If I spend RM 500 within 60 days on online and dining transactions, do I still get the usual 5% cashback (the default feature of the credit card), in addition to the RM 25 SST rebate?

Just called for SST cash back for all my PPB Cards (Total 8 cards including supp card). The CS said will submit for management approval to directly SST rebate for me for all my VS including supp card due to I actively using it.

However, for my PBB QM and all QM supp, need to spend RM500 within 2 mths to get the SST cash back.

Did the officer request to speak with all the Supp cardholder ?? 

Is your supp cards come with separated statement or it's all combine into single statement ??

I'm principle and shall have full control over my supp card ma.. why need to speak to my supp card holder? haha..

I have the quantum cards, intending to apply for visa signature.
Can I just call customer service or have to submit all paperwork again?

Where is the location of the branch? Within KV, if you submit to the branch in the morning, they will courier it to the credit card center in the afternoon. Otherwise, they will courier it the next day. Upon receiving your form & documents, they will take 7 working days for processing.

My own experience: CC center received my documents on 22/3 Fri, approved on 30/3 Sat, received SMS on 31/3 Sun, received cards on 1/4 Mon, within 7 working days.

it was at putrajaya. very slow.

You know what.... Yesterday night I called to request for SST rebate and the officer insist need speak to my supp cardholder. 
Luckily my supp cardholder was around.

Hmm....is okay since only one supp card for me but good to know that  :thumbsup:

Next time will speak to another CS and see
