Lesson learnt, call to convert Flexipay 12 months for 0% only when the transaction is posted. I called again and immediately received SMS that it's converted. I asked this CS what happened to my previous request, she said can see I have requested and remark has been put and will be picked up by respective department. However, I didn't receive anything after 3 days.

So for peace of mind, only request to convert after it's posted and not when it's still floating though CS said there's no issue but well God knows.

Now just pray hard, this Quantum benefit is still retained..

i did to all my supp cards 

Just called for SST cash back for all my PPB Cards (Total 8 cards including supp card). The CS said will submit for management approval to directly SST rebate for me for all my VS including supp card due to I actively using it.

However, for my PBB QM and all QM supp, need to spend RM500 within 2 mths to get the SST cash back.

I'm principle and shall have full control over my supp card ma.. why need to speak to my supp card holder? haha..

My supp card all come with separated statement and separated cash back pool.
