Hi fruitie, just wondering if i already have VS, to apply for QMC what will be the easiest procedure?
i thought i should maximize like what u all did

I also got my VS first before getting the QMC. I did it with just a phone call, you may try. I couldn't select just QMC so Visa was also sent to me. I didn't activate the Visa and straight called CS to cancel it once I received my Quantum cards.

I experienced the same thing like you when trying to apply Quantum yesterday. Called CS and they ask me to email custsvc@publicbank.com.my, stating the issues I faced and attach the supporting documents in the same email. Awaiting their acknowledgement & reply now.....

either wait for their reply or you can try send again via email.

put a note you have submitted via online form but failed to attach documents.

I guess I shall wait for their reply before proceeding.

Edited #2: forms on page 1 doesn't show quantum cards in their offering, would be grateful if someone can direct me to the latest application form

always have impression platinum is >60k, i guess the rule does not apply to this card

if you only referring to income level, PBB has its tiering.

Hi, I called CS today on the application update, after 1week, it is now being processed. Required another week till approved based on them.

Anyway, the reason I called is to cancel one of the Quantum card but being told that I need both to participate in the complimentary gift.
Is this true?

How about the cash rebate? Since its for 1 card only.

Anyone knows if the SST of RM25 waiveable without conditions?
