The customer service agent just said no. To be safe, better make the purchase on Shopee website instead of Shopee App, but you know we can only use some vouchers on the app.

Anyone know if there is a way to lift the 10-transaction limit on contactless / Samsung Pay payments for PBB cards? Other than using pin entry to reset it? confused.gif

that is bank's default policy, not a DIY-policy for us to change anytime we like.

banks may increase/uplift the limit once they studied the ecosystem is stable, fraud is at manageable level, etc

at current limit, it's quite adequate for majority of the contactless users. a simple pin reset is easy to achieve.

Use online maybe can. I haven't been using pin for ages now. Either online or contactless. Use online = you still possess the card = reset number of contactless usage count.

The counter lady said Public Bank will auto find my saving account when they do background check using my IC. But I don't see anything in my PBe that links me to my credit cards. Then where will they credit the cashback to me? My Gosh, I swear Public Bank has the worst PBe and Mobile App ever. They are so not intuitive and super not user friendly. I wish we have something like Maybank2u app that works fantastic.

Last time I have same issues, as my loan, credit card with pbb does not appear in my PBe.

At last I found that we need to add loan or credit card that not linked by our own.

You can navigate to PBe, then go to Profile Maintenance -> Manage Profile and Add / Delete Account.

kena penalty first time,

sup cards payment RM595.25 due 21.2.2019 not paid

new statement 1.3.2019 came only realised,

any idea how is the 15% penalty calculated = RM8.15?

595.35 x 15% x 1 month = RM7+/-

interest rate for CC normally calculated on daily basis not monthly. i.e. daily rate from the day u swipe

No. Online won't reset it as there is no pin input. There is no other way than physically inserting the card into a card terminal and key in pin.

anyone who has experience with PBB quantum card's feature - flexi plan can help to answer my question:

if say the card credit limit is 10k, if I do flexi payment on a purchase of 5k, what is the credit limit available will be after the 5k convereted into flexi payment?

Anyone managed to qualify for the PBB VS card 80k annual income by combining both EA form and some ASNB savings?
Just attach the ASNB statement forms?

Combined limit for VS+Quantun RM30k,
But VS RM30k, Quantum cards RM9k.
