I have just received my Quantum Mastercard early of this month, and also was charged SST RM25 early of this month. However, according to the letter that came with the card, PBB is actually giving us extra cashback of RM25 when we spend RM500 within 2 months. The RM25 will be credited back to us two months later. As PBB cannot waive the SST, instead they give us back in the form of cash rebate. Didn't you get the letter too?

I got the card early this month, somewhere around 7 Dec.

You won't know whether you get the rebate until probably end of Dec, since you got it end of Oct. The rebate won't come immediately upon hitting RM500. We will get it only after 2 months. Just have your fingers crossed that you'll get the rebate. wink.gif

You meant the one that they said "Enjoy up to 2x VIP points". The keyword is "UP TO".....haha.... that's what marketing people always do.

According to their website:

I applied early Dec, but two weeks later I called and CS told me that it was in the system only on 21/12. Then the card department staff called me before Christmas and confirmed my application. I asked when I'll receive the supplementary card, she said that because of the holidays, so probably I will get it the following week (means last week). But till now, I still didn't get any news.

Haih.... just called and found out that my application has been declined for whatever undisclosed reason. cry.gif

There is a process and criteria to be met. Not sure what though.

Did u put the supp card contact no as your contact no? Ytd i received call from PBB staff asking for my dad's contact no. I mentioned that i want the tac/notification sms send to my phone so i can have control on the online expenses. Then she like"urgh fine, nvm".

Hopefully they didnt reject the application -.- Dont understand whats wrong for not giving the actual contact number since they are just supp card.

We'll never know what's the reason. Probably they have to approve some and reject some.

Just like I would never know the reason why they rejected my application of the QMC (I have been using the gold mastercard for years, and decided to apply for the QMC), and then sent me the card few weeks later. Recently, a friend who is also using the gold mastercard received the QMC without applying for it. Then only I realised that perhaps I got the card because they are giving us an upgrade. On my last statement, the RM25 cash rebate they gave me upon swiping RM500, is stated as Card Upgrade Rebate.

The All Card Balance = the total of Outstanding Balance + Authorized Charges for both of your cards
In your case: 3057.48 = 40.82 + 2416.68 + 599.98

Since your credit limit is 8000, you can still spend 8000-3057.48=4942.52

When you have more than 1 card, the Available Balance shown is kind of useless.

Just fyi, both PB mastercard and bigpay mastercard follows the mastercard currency exchange rate.

PB charges 1.25% bank fee and bigpay 0%.

No. Online won't reset it as there is no pin input. There is no other way than physically inserting the card into a card terminal and key in pin.
