Is the credit limit for VS and quantum separate or combined? Mine shown both have different amount...

it is sharing limit. Seems something weird. Only the limit is different happen if u have supplementary CC

Reloaded BP 8 times with tac received, only 4 successful ones, prolly need to call CS to check whether 8 or 4 transactions went through sad.gif

u can always check your Available Balance / Authorised Charges in PBE to determine those transactions went through or not smile.gif

Thanks. I called CS and he verified 8 went through. Too bad I didn't check one of the tacs properly, it was rm600 =.=

I've called the CS..it says only 6/8 BigPay reloads was approved.
Wondering if the "un-approved" transaction will be picked up later by BigPay ?

i think it's better you guys don't reload in between 12am-6am to avoid OTP hiccup, play safe than stalling your money elsewhere with so many troublesome procedure etc
