Anyone got it?

Last time requested but due to penalty of installment plan & unable to transfer to other card, I continue and wait until it finish then called to cancel card straight away.

This morning checked my statement

My Visa signature being charged service tax...

Called CS, requested for rebate/waiver, like previous forumer mentioned, CS submit for management for approval...

Within 1 hour after call, I login my PBE... Saw cash reward /debit reversal adjustment ! 😬
