My interview with the manager at cyberjaya was last week and I thought it went well, as he told me not to apply for other jobs. They promised to call me this week but still no calls..

the salary range is based on the department you join. During the HR screening, they will check on your english test , SPM result (eng and math) and how well you can speak during the interview. If you can speak well, they will arrange you for the call center (depends on which call center got xtra slot). If you got assign to work in cc, there will b allowance given based on language and depends on the shift (normally is >8pm). If the eng test, SPM and hr interview is not so bad , they will arrange you for the general processing job and most probably u will ask to take for the typing test (passing rate 18 words per minute)

QUOTE(bioweapon83 @ Apr 2 2006, 01:06 PM) I guess working anywhere also got politics. I go to office do my work and go home. Politics or what is just a matter you want to join the rest or die. For me I chose not to give a damn. What I concerned is at the end of the month I got my salary credited to my account Lolz , i agree with you . But in malaysia depends on your luck So anyone interested may PM me. I will give necessary info and forward to HR if you want to apply for a job there. It's not easy to find a job out there now |

Hey guys n gals,
I've got a few queries. For those who are currently working at Cyberjaya HSBC back-end banking operations (HSS and GBM), what exactly do you guys do? I've looked at the job description provided but it still is not clear to me. Would it be considered a call-centre job of some sort? Also for the remuneration, if I can only speak two languages, none of which is Mandarin and Cantonese, what would be the maximum salary I'm entitled to? Last but not least, how's the working environment? Thanks |

QUOTE(Soul-Acid @ Oct 24 2010, 08:07 PM) Hey guys n gals, Hi there. First of all, HSS and GBM is not call centre job. Call centre job solely focus on answering call. eg,singapore tele banking department. for back end process, it consist of trades and settlement, ctla, corporate action etc. language allowance can be up to rm300-400 if you work in the call centre if u can speak mandarin/canto/eng etc. max salary around rm2400. for other department , some only get rm100 as language allowance so total salary will be slightly lower then call centre's. Working environment is good. work hard and play hard at the same time. I've got a few queries. Will be attached to GBM should I take up the offer. Are you currently attached to either of those department? If you are, care to share what you do on an everday basis (if the information isn't privy)? |
