they did not give me any chinese test as well. one of the interviewers just checked my spm, i took chinese and they say oh good. thats all =/ .they told me there is language allowance but i wonder when will i sit for the mandarin test? One of their weaknesses is, the way the deal with email is very inefficient. they are hiring quite a large number of ppl i suppose.

the turnover rate in hsbc GSE is very high.
so they will recruit everyone as long as it is not too terrible.
my badge of interview candidates all get accepted if not mistaken.

sigh i forgot to ask them about the allowance.its not stated in the offer letter.however they did ask me wherether i can speak mandarin n cantonese

coz as i know they might come out wit diff offer to diff candidates.

the first person who interview me through the phone is frm Philippines, check on their email address, it was ended with .ph

u need to go the klinik segara in the intermark and then give your urine sample.
then go back to ampang park shoppin mall for chest xray
then go back to intermark again for bp,height and weight check
then can get ur xray n letter.
is free.

any of you guys who have gone through the medical checkup and signed the offer letter start working already? funny thing is they can't comfirm with me when to start work. Still have to wait for calls/emails. Wil give them a call tml. .

i not sure your batch.
my batch is sept 9 start induction.

Salary wise will be depending on which department you are going into. But don't aim for high salary as the overall GSE is merely about
general processing.

is there an increment after 6 months probation?

I think they do but the amount of the increment is different among all.
