Why not you try to join the group and see what question they will ask you as verification or to understand why you are keen on joining?

Just got the keys today YASSSSSS! Just curious, how many keys should i be getting? I do not know where to check. Mine as below.

EV2
1x main door
3x masterkey
1x bedroom1
1x bedroom2
1x bedroom3
3x master bedroom
2x kitchen

I buy subsale, not from dev. Thanks in advance!

to be safe. Just change new set for main entrance front/back. Even after renovation, I change my door locks.

good thing you have all the masterkey. if you need to change, maybe only main and kitchen.

or ask the previous owner if they still keep the key. maybe they give the key to contractor for defect rectification etc.

HI EVERYONE, I AM A BUYER FOR ELMINA GREEN 1C.

ANYONE KNOW WHERE IS THE EXIT TO DASH FROM ELMINA GREEN?

MY GREATEST CONCERN WOULD BE MY COMMUTE TIME FROM AND TO WORK DAILY. (HUSBAND WORK IN KLANG AND MYSELF IN PJ)

WE ARE STAYING IN SETIA ALAM AND ALSO CONSIDERING PRECINT 17 SETIA ALAM BECAUSE WE HEARD IT WILL ALSO BE LINKED TO DASH AS WELL.

KINDLY ADVISE TAIKO TAIKO SEMUA thumbup.gif

i think from elmina green, you have a lot of options, subang bestari, subang 2, pinggiran subang, kampung melayu subang (nearest from GCE bukit subang interchange)

setia alam wont have any direct link to DASH for current plan, the most you got is a link to alam budiman or puncak perdana
