good thing you have all the masterkey. if you need to change, maybe only main and kitchen.

or ask the previous owner if they still keep the key. maybe they give the key to contractor for defect rectification etc.

Yeah, but is it "changing locks" be done via SDP or i buy my own?

Initially I plan to buy a unit in Elmina due to the condusive and vibrant environment. I love those areas like Bukit Jelutong where people are moderate and professional. Looking at the environment, most people who bought the properties in Elmina are moderate + progressive + professional bunch of people with diverse ethnicity.

However, I have a second thought last weekend when I went for a quick jog at the Elmina park. I notice the park was dirty with mess from religious ritual at the lake park. Then, I notice few bunch of people drinking beer at the lake side in the evening (around 6pm). Bear in mind, there's heaps of family during this time having a stroll there. (with small kids!)

I notice there's a temple and few low cost flats/apartments nearby. Now I know where are these people coming from. This ruins everything with their third class attitude. This incident has changed my overall perspective to buy a unit here.

As a resident in EV, I have to admit that this new township is not perfect and has its' flaws. However, I believe it's far from being bad. The religious rituals you saw are not a common sight. I've never seen people drinking beer in the park so far, and I believe this only happen because of the religious ritual on that particular day. It was the first time we saw that ritual in the past 14 months since VP. The site is cleaned on Monday. The central park have some issue with cows/buffaloes and you can actually see cow dungs at the park. This has been addressed to SDP and MBSA, and SDP already build perimeter fencing for the park.

It's not perfect and we can't really compare to other township with strata title like Desa Park City, but it's not too bad either. Bukit Jelutong is more mature compared to Denai Alam, and Elmina is a lot newer than those two. I think this issue affects those in EV1 and EV2, and maybe some part of EV3. EV4 and EV5 is a bit far from low cost housing.

I agree that EV is not that really bad either.

Anyway, I saw few guys (with one of them shirtless) drinking canned beer in the evening and not on the same day with the ritual was held.

Yeah, I notice there's cow dungs at the park, must be cows coming from the adjacent neighbourhood. Turned off a bit hahah

finding house is like finding diamond.

no matter how shiny, if its not calling for you, it is not meant for you.

house has its own number and vibration that will serve you in your life path.

for example,

house no 6 will make you a family person, and the house will be such a warm and beautiful house. but on the negative part, the house is so comfy the owner usually reluctant to go out. and owner will always stressing out if the house is not well kept and well decorated. so, you will become a perfectionist when you live in here.

house no 4, is rigid but stable house. here is good for new couple thats building career, family and life together. you will grow financially slowly but steadily. this house will not be the prettiest but it will be a house with complete equipment, gadgets and etc. you want coffee machine? hi fi speaker? oven? dryer? it will be a house full of gadgets to ensure the all the necessities are fulfilled. on negative side, people in this house will be so busy with work and tendency to bicker among each other alot, but you can always sooth the rigidness in the house by using earth tones colours.

house no 8, is a good house for wealth. it will open alot of doors for opportunities for the owners. it is suitable if you are seeking for wealth and prosperity. the house will usually appear bigger that it actuallly is. however, the challege of this house is, the owner will always have to think about money all the time. and 8 is a karma number, what u give, u'll def get back.

you can calculate your house number by adding all the numbers and alphabet of your house number (the one at your apartment door for example)

A-01-02

A=1

so 1+0+1+0+2 = 4

this is just for fun, you can google house numerology for more info tongue.gif rclxms.gif

Didn't know it is illegal in Malaysia to drink publicly...

Nor eating beef, eating pork, smoking, sisha..

Unless people make a scene out it, it is concerning our society do not accept (forget about appreciating) differences.

I think it’s not a matter you’re not allowed to drink beers or eat pork, but imagine this: a group of drunk people leaving the bottles at the park is not a sight you’d like to see in your neighborhood right?
