Elmina Green (intermediate developer units) fully sold out. Any recommendations for similar property alternative if I'm working in KL and budget <700k .. am I left with only subsales market?

For all Elmina Gardens phases owners or residents, please help to fill up this survey if you are interested in getting TIME broadband. Only for phases in Elmina Garden, I believe other phases in Elmina City already have the TIME backbone, so this is not needed.
