Elmina Green (intermediate developer units) fully sold out. Any recommendations for similar property alternative if I'm working in KL and budget <700k .. am I left with only subsales market?

elmina green is not done with their EGs yet. should be more since now is just EG1. but for the price of less than 700k. i'm not too sure.

For all Elmina Gardens phases owners or residents, please help to fill up this survey if you are interested in getting TIME broadband. Only for phases in Elmina Garden, I believe other phases in Elmina City already have the TIME backbone, so this is not needed.

Any different compare to maxis and Unifi. I think 100m data speed cost the same among all the service providers. I didn’t move there yet, but I can get full reception on my both maxis and digi mobile at my house there.

good buy because similiar price with bigger land size and less units. Location vs EV ....Elmina garden is better.
