EV & EG facing the same issue (Subang Airport)?

the traffic of subang airport are not as busy and the flights between 11pm-6am are normally less than 10.

But many flight passing by during day time?

not really a problem in EV1. those small ATR planes are not really noisy.

I've never heard of this actually.

Not many flight and mostly won't hear it from inside house (for EV both day time and night time).

it has around 20-30 flight landing (every 3 hours) on peak hours, the sound is obvious at Elmina Garden. It's also could be heard from the central park at Elmina Valley 1 but not as loud as Elmina Garden.

Cant hear those planes in EV3...

It’s very quiet here...

You living in Elmina Green or Elmina Valley?
There is less than 5 flights per hour departure and arrival to north region(Penang, langkawi, and Alor setar) from subang airport. No flight at all from 12AM to 7AM.
The key is the flight is small aero plane which doesnt induce much noise from distance.

i was surveying elmina garden 2 months ago, EG is located right under the landing path of SBZ flights. I parked my car at keana, listen to the landing noise, check on the landing schedule of flightradar on the spot during peak hours for 30mins 3-5 times and twice between 11pm-12am.

personally it's loud for me but luckily it has very less flight from 11pm-6am.

i end up bought a sub sales unit at denai alam for higher occupancy rate, built up and cheaper rm/sf.

Yes, i did surveyed keana, regia, crista, cressida... the flight landing sound and occupancy rate turn me down and the corner unit built up is not as big as denai alam Verdania.

The artist selection is errr.

Finally my first home I bought EV2 thru subsale for own stay. Mohon tunjuk ajar!

But agent did not mention about maintenance fees & free TIME internet. Can anybody confirm if I am missing anything?

Together with house key, you should receive also owner guidelines which explains about free 2 years of maintenance fees & TIME internet as well as others info that you need to know (defect submission, alarm, etc).
