Well. I believe those buying EG alrdy did due diligence and take into consideration these factors. Means to them the pros outweigh the cons. So shud not b issue. But overall is still value for money tho.

Actually E.Valley surrounded also have Flat or apartment too

Cemetery nothing what also not beside ur unit rite? Industrial area also surrounding everywhere Elmina City wat.

Personally i did consider Elmina Valley 1, but the 20x60 1700sqf unit is a quite small for me..

This is sales after 1month. Slow take up rate, especially near the TNB rentice.

But somehow all houses at the back row has been taken up. Haha

Did anyone recced the actual site before purchase?

Saujana utama is 500m away with mature shoplots. Puncak alam is 4-5km away.

I think the term 'surrounded' is incorrect. EG is not surrounded by rumah selangorku. According to the EG brochure, Rumah selangorku is only allocated one spot in the whole of Elmina Green development.

I guess this is the updates master plan from SD , because its different with brochure show earlier
