If yes, how do you guys travel to work?

Looking at Elmina, but it appears to be too far away from where I work

Ummm not familiar with the future DASH. So exit damansara and use penchala to go KLCC from damansara?

People purchase houses in Elmina & Puncak Alam highly dependend on the completion of DASH.

Anyone here waiting for Harmoni 1 Elmina?

1 hour is the standard travelling time to work nowadays when you live in greater KL. Can't complain.

I spend slightly more than 1 hour on the road everyday, and I live in Subang Jaya lol.

I dont know if it is okay thru the rules to reveal the price that I transacted?

If u look in property websites, I paid in the range of lower price of those ads you see.

Wife work at KD (~11km)
Me work at PJ naik moto (~20km)

A lot better for us compare to our current rent home in Rawang (~40km).

Confirmed with Telekom that UNIFI is not available in this area when I moved in.
Someone told me that the maintenance fee is RM150 per month (around this amount, I can't recall exact figure and conversation).

Awww too bad. Will miss my HyppTV. Hopefuly KODI can use with TIME internet.

If you have family or friends using HyppTV. U can always ask them for their username and password. Can use up to 3device.
