Bought myself a 7 days Boleh VPN subscription just to test whether VPN will solve all this problem, and Walla! Connect the VPN to SG server and everything as smooth as silk. FB, IG, Youtube (can stream 1080p flawlessly), twitch etc. BTW, I'm pre unifi 8Mbps user.

Penang streamyx 8mbps here. Insane lag and buffering on YouTube. Instagram and FB also slow to load photos. Since this morning.
