hand picked and sorted for 4 hours in a warehouse of 50 brisbane cpus  brows.gif tahts why get to use 1.325v in bios..but under stress abit, it jumps to 1.345 x__X...maybe coz of chapalang psu  rclxub.gif

are u sure u set it in bios like that..
as i knew.. cpu-z report the voltage incorrectly while reaching 3.2ghz for brisbane..
and for sure it's not stable for that voltage.. if really can works.. it's awesome..

yeaps...in bios set at 1.325v so normally in windows the time u can see fluctuations of up to +/- 0.025v

mobo is abit kn9 ultra...bios is the latest 20...
only thing else i did was loosen trfc for dimm0,1,2 and 3 from 75ns to 105ns and it just let me bypass the wall i was having earlier at 265x9.5

i've told already the trfc by default was set 75ns.. should set 105 atleast to gain more fsb.. for ur info standard KVR is 127ns..
this is quite unpopular coz the setting fall into the advance setting in bios.. and normally we mislooked it..

So trfc also plays part of reaching higher fsb?

@bryanyeo87: what about RAM, you change any vdimm? I must say I'm pretty jealous blush.gif and make me like "ergh I want money to buy better PSU!!" tongue.gif

Hold on, what board are you using? vdimm options are 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 like that? Bcoz mine is like 2.15, 2.25 sweat.gif Don't know whether 2.25 counts as 2.2 or 2.3, but once set 2.25, at BIOS Health and Status shows 2.20 though. Later will try again, currently too busy and in need of using the whole PC tongue.gif

it's not becoz of trfc we can directly gain more fsb.. actually it's more to the ram setting.. if ram set wrongly sure not ok.. depends also on mobo..
75ns normally for standard sdram/ddr.. ddr2 below 800Mhz normally 105..
since we are crazy enough to push until 1000Mhz.. so loosen them is just make sense..

So is it Athlon64 X2 or a typo error of Athlon X2? Check out here bro, but pls do correct me if I'm wrong. If wiki itself, might be a typo, but amd.com? I don't think so

http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/Produc...5E13076,00.html

But with TDP of 45W kinda do the attraction. Any news about its OCability?

I must be left behind blush.gif

But it's just a name anyway. AMD is soon releasing Phantom ... so having '64' in the name is too gimick-ish.
*
Again, it is Phenom tongue.gif

Yeah, probably the name is just a gimmick though blush.gif Yes, it is confirmed. Operating mode 32/64, that means the name is just a gimmick tongue.gif

But I can't find its ocability, is it released yet? Some said its potential is similar with 3600+ Brisbane, only difference is its uses lesser watt

Later Phenom X2 also comes with 45W TDP for lower models thumbup.gif

regarding the athlon x2, it is still athlon64 but amd decided to drop the 64 at the back since its already well known to be 64bit and amd is known to be the innovator behind 64bit procs.

QUOTE
Although all current AMD processors retain their original names, the two being introduced today are the first to use AMD's new model numbers. As announced during its Phenom introduction, AMD is dropping the 64 from its product names - the new chips are simply Athlon X2s. The 64-bit race is over now that both AMD and Intel have 64-bit support on a majority of their processors, and now it's time to move on. All previous X2s will still be called Athlon 64 X2s and AMD isn't changing the logo just yet, but eventually it will phase out the old names/model numbers in favor of the new system.

u can search around the net for more on this if u want, but the BE-2350 and BE-2300 are still 64bit biggrin.gif
