Sorry if i am wrong.
IMO, once you have plug in the external graphic card, the shared memory for graphics will be disabled automatically.

If you do not have external graphic card, it is a must for u to share some ram to your onboard graphic card. smile.gif

Overclock through BIOS. smile.gif
Do not expect too high for Gigabyte board.
Remember to press CTRL + F1 combination to enable hidden setting.

all mobo can use to OC....but it also depends on it capabilities....
using a windows utilities to OC is not recommended...using bios is the best way....

YUP!!!pws is right...Gigabyte can OC...but not promising....if Gigabyte for intel sure rock...gigabyte with AMD....not a good combination...

Here's what I've got:

Abit KN9-SLi
X2 3800+ Windsor 90nm
Hynix DDR2-800

What can I expect on this setup?

I'm used to intel, recently switched to AMD so don't know much about OCing it.

Oh and seems like lots of ppl are using this KN9-SLi, the BIOS options in "Soft Menu" seems lil bit pale? And I can't seem to find the HT freq. option there. Using the latest bios btw.

lol just playing around with those values while taking shots. smile.gif All are maximum values tongue.gif

The "Multiplier clock" in that picture refers to the HTT speed right?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

So where is the HT speed option ? rclxub.gif

The multiplier clock on that pic refers to multiplier for clockspeed. HT multiplier should have there....maybe can try to search at chipset configuration??

Found it, in the chipser cfg section. It's default value is "auto" that make me missed it. Nvm.
