QUOTE(rainingzero @ Aug 25 2007, 10:28 PM) already download latest cpu-z.... Anyway,my vdimm does it will affect the heat of my ram much??afraid it's overheating.... The higher the Vdimm, the hotter your ram. Keep your ram under 2.1V IMO. -pWs-

there is no accurate temperature monitoring for Brisbane. this had been discussed and mentioned many times already.

how about infrared termometer (dunno it's exact name ) which always been used by reviewers from tomshardware?? i think it will give much more accurate value... This post has been edited by rainingzero: Aug 26 2007, 08:12 PM

Windsor is very hot when overclock. Last time, i overclock cannot pass 2.5GHz. End up changed to Brisbane now QUOTE(rainingzero @ Aug 26 2007, 11:23 PM) based on the previous owner of this proc which using DFI infinity UltraII, he also can only pushed it untill 2.5Ghz. dunno if he already manage to pushed it further before.... today, i tried reduce it's speed to 2.4Ghz with HT multipliers set to 4 and thighten the rams to 4-4-4-15, the results obvious in the benchmark only. .. but i think with this setting my system much more stable.... How about using the same ram timing to achieve 2.5GHz? -pWs-
