others high postpaid plan users mean? normal postpaid? or those with device postpaid.

those normal postpaid is a lost ba if them are not sign up infinite plan i100....

I'm going to terminate my i150 tomorrow, I couldn't stand everything is slow Netflix, youtube, etc... but speed test is 50-70Mbps - I've been using it since it was first introduced and something is really happening in the background (digi must have something to do with this.)

Lucky to those who never have a problem.

I too face such issue. I guess they implemented some sort of QoS at some congested location.

Im having issue with the speed too. Last time all day and night speed 1++mbps. Last week i realized they cap speed to 60mbps. Manage to get 1++ start at 1am to 9am only. At first i tot they doing some maintenance, but it stay this way more than a week now.

Not sure if this has been brought up before. But I would like to add another thumbs up to the above slowdown of i150. I'm using it currently as my family's home wifi.

I went and asked about the problem at Setia City Mall's Digi center the other day and they said it's capped at 5mbps when tethering, which is not suppose to be the case afaik when i asked about this before i signed up.

Everynight now it's laggy with more than 3 person using, sometimes even just 2 person using. Frustrating isn't even a good word to describe it.

On i100,lately especially at night time after 7 p.m.
The line lag like hell.
Speed only few kb or few hundard KB~
THIS 2 month start to become slow WHEN REACH NIGH TIME.
Previously ok,no problem.
My avg monthly usage is around 130GB~

The staffs simply said wrong thing to you. No such thing and I'm still getting full speed and I tether all the time.
They just don't want to admit congestion in your area.

mostly your area could be congested. else wont be an issue... tried lock different band also bad?

Hmm.. If you could kinda elaborate on locking bands. I'm not sure how to go about it.

which modem are u using.

if is huawei install and run hmanager apps on your android phone.

digi using
1. b3 1800,
2. b7 2600,
3. b5 850/900(not remember)
4. b3+b7 CA/4G+

try lock each of it. if got internet connection mean that band is available at your location.

run a speedtest of each and compare.

PS : monitor RSRP reading in dbm too.. is directly affect your speed aswell.
RSRP lower the better

No issue for mine too. Almost two years and still strong.
