Recently speed only so-so - before this 4K streaming with no sweats. B3 busy, then jump to B7. and keep doing this all over again.

How many connected tethered device before Digi start to throttled speed on Infinite 150.

I do notice sometimes 3rd or 4th device connected to my B618 get around 2Mbps only, even though other devices (TV, Washing Machine, iPad) is on idle.

I did a speed test on Ookla app Maxis server (121.123.132.194:8080) and I can get steady on 70Mbps but when on the website (http://speedtest.maxis.com.my/page1.html @ 121.123.132.194:80) only 2Mbps++

So I need to use VPN (then I can get much faster around 6-7Mbps++)

I really started to pissed off with the 2mbps throttle. Not sure if it only happens during peak time or what. Monthly I just used 300GB only.

I'm going to terminate my i150 tomorrow, I couldn't stand everything is slow Netflix, youtube, etc... but speed test is 50-70Mbps - I've been using it since it was first introduced and something is really happening in the background (digi must have something to do with this.)

Lucky to those who never have a problem.

Digi CS said they will build a new network mass near my area in June '19 because I've been complaining internet slowness for over year now.

Are they speaking the truth, or they just want me to stop troubling them for a few months before they making new excuses again?

Still, haven't experienced network improvement in my area.

Ookla speedtest was never a problem - 80Mbps+

I reckoned, Digi probably allocated a channel just for speedtest so it appears fast and steady during speed benchmark vs actual usage on non-speedtest servers.

Thank you, downloaded.

Funny enough, I can select three bands one shot and my speed dropped drastically. laugh.gif Back to B3+B7. tongue.gif

Honestly, I don't think it is a real 3CA, more to the app allows to choose but in fact, the tower doesn't allow. laugh.gif In my case, the tower may just have chosen one band even I have chosen three.

Yeah, I've tested it. No different with 2CA configuration, the 4G+ sign will only appear if it is available/ready - and it's not forcing to register the device to the 4G+ network.
