Good news guys, I was just contacted by a "Azlan" guy from the internet service department and the "quota reset" issue is finally solved!
He assured me that the waiting time for a reset is back to the usual 24 hours.

But they show balance now, last time never show like that, wonder it is ready solved or not.

After my quota reach I will know.

Last month my quota is reset but after like a week, it is back to slow speed when download but no impact when streaming, so I lazy ask to reset again since it is soon auto reset.

I will wait until my quota full again and see whether they are reset or not.

Dont worry, its already back to normal EXCEPT resetting quota.
Have requested on 21/11. 28/11, 01/12 and yesterday. Still pending them to reset.
Quota wise, I have used more than 1TB since finished the 999GB. Internet is still on but at 15Mbps Max

I recently bought an LTE router, Netgear LM1200.
This is the latest iteration from Netgear that supports all the LTE bands available today.

But unfortunately when I tried yesterday with my Digi SIM it didn't work :/
I've tried APN diginet/3gdgnet, but still didn't work.
Any tips/advice?

Maybe its not supporting the LTE bands in Malaysia? Is this a US unit or a MY or Intl unit?

DiGi 4G LTE uses B3 and B6. I don't think your modem can support that.

no quota. but officially speed capped to 20Mbps - your speed mileage may vary as one forummer testified getting 80Mbps+


- Digi Postpaid 150 (2021)
opt for the (supposedly) renewable 12-mth contract add-on to get 1TB and fabled 3-device limit for hotspot. Postpaid Infinite 150 can call in to ask Digi to reset quota before next bill date (forummer confessed to even used up to 3TB+ - cb this will prompt Digi to hurt all other fair users just to reign in the few) and unlimited device while hotspot-ing.



Maxis wireless broadband
- supposedly unlimited quota and no device cap for hotspot, but users pointed out they're being silent on 300GB FUP limit before they throttle video streams.


Maxis Mobile w/ Wireless Broadband or w/ Fibre in same account
- will also upgrade all member Mobile lines to unlimited quota, but again, there is that silent 300GB possibility above, and not sure applicable by each individual line 300GB or whole account 300GB

practically elsewhere you can expect this:
- capped speed but unlimited quota
- capped quota but unlimited speed
- plans with capped quota always allow hotspot
- plans with uncapped quota always disallow hotspot




I don't preach about using unfair method to get unlimited speed and unlimited quota as it will only hurt everyone in the long run. Don't lie. Don't join the "unlimited" ghost SIM industry.

Finally I have changed Digi after so many months struggling with celcom. However I just realise I don't opt to volte on my realme x2 pro. I try to google it but realme x2 pro seems not in the digi list. Or is there anyway I can enable myself?

contact digi CS my xiaomi also not in list but they enable for me. U can try call their holine or use my digi app even digi online forum pm their staff not need go digi centre.
edit can try this to disable VoLTe carrier check 1st. some forummer reported it works

How’s the signal of DiGi compared to Celcom these days?

Celcom is currently my daily driver but the quality is getting horrible these days. I’ve heard many good thing about DiGi.
