Is there any contract period for Infinite plan?

I can't seem to find any being mentioned on Digi's website.

Thanks.

no but when you register they take a deposit of RM300 that will be rebated over 2 months back to you so in reality you're stuck with Digi Infinite for 2 months min

Hey can anyone help me with this:

Currently my main number is using the i150 plan but now I'm planning to just leave this i150 plan for home use; leave it in my modem going 24/7 pretty much.

Is there any way I can maintain my main number on the go while also have this i150 plan at home? Can I just go to Digi Centre and get a new sim card and then exchange the number?
*
Probably the best option is to get a new i150 sim and then port out your main number from the existing i150 plan

2 months is ok lah..

of course if 2 months is ok for you then its not an issue but imagine you signed up for the plan and then happily bring the sim back to your home and the connection is even slower than 3G... you will be happy to wait 2 months before you can terminate to not lose your deposit?

Anyone knows what are the charges for Digi infinite 100 for calling 1300 / 1800?
*
Unlimited Calls applies to domestic mobile/fixed on-net and off-net usages only (excluding video calls, calls to special numbers, calls to toll-free 1-300/1-800 numbers and calls to 121 numbers).

Sifus here know where got lobang for a B618 65D? I just ordered an i150 simcard because I cannot tahan 4mbps screamyx already but I'm having issues finding stock for the modem.

Also, I have a Synology NAS on my current network. If I plug it into the b618 using the LAN port, will it work as usual?
*
if internal LAN its ok but if you need to access your NAS from internet might be a bit of an issue since Infinite does not provide a public IP for you to NAT it

If the cost is not really a big issue there are sellers in Shopee or Lazada that sells it

Starting from few months ago, I'm having a problem where my i150 network is extremely unstable and lag every few minutes to a point where I can't even browse anything, EVERYDAY!!
After some testing, I feel like Digi is keep throttling my network.

First here is my setup and usage
- B618 22d mod
- Digi i150
- Monthly usage never more than 1TB
- Confirm no download is running
- Digi signal at my area is decent, my phone is using Digi and when my modem internet is lag, my phone works just fine

What I found is
- Every time after I restart my modem, the connection is back to normal (and really fast), stable ping for around 1 minute, after that it will become extremely unstable, if I restart again, same thing happen
- Network start getting unstable from morning to night, and usually will get better during midnight
- Its probably not quota problem since it happen everyday
- When I put my phone sim card into the modem, everything seems to work just fine

At first I thought its network congestion, but then every time restarting modem fix it for 1 minute, and my phone network works just fine, make me feel like I am blacklisted or something?

Anyone having the same problem?
*
if you want to know if the issue is with your throttling your network why not just put that i150 sim on your phone and see if the same issue happens? if not then very likely no and the issue could be with the modem

Hi All,
I recently bought an LTE router, Netgear LM1200.
This is the latest iteration from Netgear that supports all the LTE bands available today.

But unfortunately when I tried yesterday with my Digi SIM it didn't work :/
I've tried APN diginet/3gdgnet, but still didn't work.
Any tips/advice?

Maybe its not supporting the LTE bands in Malaysia? Is this a US unit or a MY or Intl unit?
