I called them just now, CS told me to check if my speed is still slow after quota reset tonight. And upon checking with FB group, most people having slowdowns upon reaching 300gb. It will be solved after quota reset.

Digi Infinite's FB group members are reporting this issue happens when reaches around 300GB quota.
It will be "uncapped" after contacting CS for quota reset. Since my quota will be reset tonight automatically, I will keep you guys updated. bye.gif

Confirmed, quota reset=problem solved
Current threshold should be around 300GB, take note.

Probably due to the high usage during MCO?
Since they will help you reset quota if being throttled, then no big deal. brows.gif

Hey guys just Wana ask. If I take Digi infinite 150 plan, can I use a supplementary SIM in a hotspot device and share the quota? Is this allowed?

Currently I'm using digi family plan with 100gb and sharing with a supplementary line in a device.

Hi, I am looking for the lowest maintenance prepaid card for receiving sms OTP only. I saw 7e selling Digi prepaid live RM8. To remain active, reload in 90 days.

Will it deduct from RM8 after 90 days to stay active? Thanks.

Why need duplicate sim card? Just put the sim card in your phone and turn on Hotspot share or put it into modem to share.
