haha 600 mil until 14 april or 28 april?
*
actually adding quota is simple back end job only provided their current infra able to support (which i believe no issue for extra 1GB only to everyone), if RM600 million not enough, why don't digi put speed cap on those subscribing to RM150 unlimited quota customer too??

if the current infra unable to support this, time for digi to seriously look at the never ending "our network is upgrading" campaign for years

Hi, I am looking for the lowest maintenance prepaid card for receiving sms OTP only. I saw 7e selling Digi prepaid live RM8. To remain active, reload in 90 days.

Will it deduct from RM8 after 90 days to stay active? Thanks.

You posted in the wrong thread so I'm replying to you in the appropriate thread.

I don't think the active validity is 90 days for a new Digi Prepaid SIM pack. Only the passive mode / grace period is 90 days after active validity ends. You should be still able to receive OTP messages while in passive mode. Then near 90 days, you just buy Super Long Life (= validity extension) for one day (costs RM1). The 90 days count will start all over again.

Or consider getting a new number from OneXOX (28 months validity) or Unifi Mobile (use data/call/SMS once every 90 days).

I don’t know what’s up with Digi. Haven’t been able to pay my BB bill. Paying my other bills no issue because it’s from my house WiFi. The free data is so slow I kept having errors with my payment via Digi app. I called up CS to get their JomPay code plus I asked them to cancel my free 8-6pm 1GB data. Surprisingly the CS was very keen to help after my explanation.

DiGi OCS now allows TAC via email. Yay for those who don't have their SIM cards handy.
