just realized that I got CGNAT IP, is this the direction going forward as I've not read any mention of this change from Time's side

anyone having issue with time fibre today. unable to load many website like zalora, uniqlo, muji and so on when connect to Time wifi but it was fine with my own mobile data

Time give huawei modem and extender now? They just changed it recently? Last time they gave me Tp link though

TIME internet down in Cyberjaya since 2am. Called in to find out another fibre cut has caused the outage. 4-8 hours until service restoration complete. Dunno why every time have to call in to find out about any network issue.

Hi Sifu2,

After set the Router+Modem from time to Bridge mode, can I still use the ports (2, 3, 4) to connect my devices? e.g TV Box, PS5, Powerline Extender?

Because if i buy a Mesh Router, I think I will place it higher up without connecting to those devices using Ethernet

Please advise

what happened? outage at different area. Mine at Pinggiran Putra was down yesterday for 10 hours. Are they upgrading or something?

If you are on bridge mode, & you router handles the PPPOE session, then LAN2,3,4 no longer working.

Because if i buy a Mesh Router, I think I will place it higher up without connecting to those devices using Ethernet

Hi all, need help..
My time was down today, and after the support reset the port, it recovered. When I called the support again, he told me the fiber reading is high.

Can anyone shared me what the fiber reading is referring to? The usage?

It simply refers to the optical fiber signal that your ONU (aka fiber modem) detected from the central station (OLT).
There isn't much you can do at your end if you don't have the optical tester & tools to fix it. Just lodge a report & they will send the SI to attend to your case.
