been using time 500mbps -> 1gbps since early 2016 and since january 15 2019 i cannot connect to rocket league game servers using time ip no matter how many times i reset WAN port.

contacted their fb support, did traceroutes using time ip and vpn ips. almost 18 days past and still no resolution.

i can connect to the game server using my digi mobile tether or any vpn but not just with time fiber anymore.

they kept telling me they are working their best to resolve it, but to me it seems like a port issue and it is already two weeks and still hanging in there.

im really considering changing to unifi soon.

since 15 january my time fiber can no longer connect to rocket league server. Contacted time fiber support for 2 months and with all the traceroutes, resetting modem, dns etc it still cannot be resolved. network team kept telling me there is nothing wrong on their end when the connection problem began out of nowhere since 15 january 2019. I played the game since 2015 and has been playing it with time fiber since 2016 jan to 15 jan 2019. now i can never connect to it using time except when i use vpn. i can connect to the server if i use the cyber cafe pc which also uses time fiber.


i heard a cyber cafe that uses time had issue connecting to gta 5 launcher as well and it also happened to me.

anyone with connection to time support who can actually solve problems and do something?

my time ip has port issues since january and i had been talking with the support team for 2 months without any resolution and they didnt bother to follow up either.

since jan 2019 my time fiber IP cannot access to Rocket League game servers, GTA V online game servers. they can all be resolved as soon as i use VPN or mobile tether but not with my time IP address.

i have been using time since 2015 october and its kinda frustrating that this issue is unresolved and im making them final support call this time before i switch to unifi or maxis.

i ran diagnostic test in the selfcare site today and it says hhigh fiber reading. what does it mean?

hi, yesterday i downgraded 500mbps to 100mbps, and it was effective straight today.

in my bill i already paid for the 500mbps for this month, why dont they switch it to 100mbps after 21/6/2022 but effective immediately?
