In that case, is it possible to request for an ONU unit that isn't a router combo? While still receiving the HG8145V5 mesh router from the package promotion? Thanks for the reply!

If what you intend to do is using your own router, then you can request the Installer to call Provisioning to request them to push over the Bridge Mode settings, and then you can have your Router dialing the PPPOE by connecting it to LAN1 port.

Later got penalty of late payment pulak

Mine also more than 24 hours. Once it reach 4am later, already exceed 48 hours.

Going to have my Time fiber install with VOICE package (DECT phone). Plan changing the router to AX73, but AX73 router doesn't come with any 'phone' port.

Question
Is the Time voice/phone connected to the modem or the router?
OR I have to get a router that supports RJ-11 ?

they just reactivate back the account and acknowledge the issue with GrabPay payment

Please be informed that there is an issue with Grabpay payment. We are looking into it urgently and we will sort this out for all affected customer ya. Rest assured, the issue will be resolved asap.

Time voice phone connected to modern, currently my voice phone is connected to modern and is work. FYI, My router also AX73.

For FTTH, generally TIME voice connects to the ONU/ONT.
