Stay tuned for tonight.
You can redeem if you haven't redeem before.
I redeemed Foodpanda Voucher before.
Before you redeem, check the Terms and Conditions first whether there are one of the outlets listed is nearer to your area.

Thanks

Found the problem. The modem power adapter problem. Used another power adapter from old router. Luckily it is compatible.

Thank you for you suggestion. Prompted me to try another power adapter.

Have reported problem to astro iptv. Should wait for them to send technician? To change the modem? I think 7+ years already. Or call back to tell them problem solved.

Hello, it's the best for the technician to solve your issues as ONU carries lifetime warranty.
Change back to original power adapter when they come to your house.

Thank you.

Hi, a proper deployed FTTx network will not be affected by such downpour... Is it a prelaid infra done by your developer ? I suggest you to file a complaint to TIME at the same time feedback such issue to your building management to have a thorough checking.

Were you the only one having this issue ?

Thanks.

I actually missed your reply. We're not a condo. Elmina is touted to be the first landed project with TIME broadband. Not sure who laid the infra; I think its a joint effort by Sime Darby (the dev) and TIME. Residents get 2 years of free broadband, in return TIME gets exclusivity. That's literally no TM line into this entire development of 1k+ houses.

Usually the service is impeccable. It's just the almost guaranteed outtages that acompanies every thunderstorm that gets on my nerves. Pretty sure TIME knows about the issue since they're the ones sending out the service outtage SMS and fixing things. Also pretty sure that they'd prefer a long-term solution themselves, instead of constantly having to send technicians here.

Hi,

Thank you for the further infos on your situation, we have to dig deeper than that to find out the root cause....if you are very sure that everytime the outages happened during thunderstorm, that simply means the infra was not properly deployed.

Perhaps I & my team can pay a visit to your project to have a more thorough insights.

Thanks.

Hi there, newbie here.
Will be moving to Bangsar South condo next month, and planning to subscribe to TIME's 500mbps line. Our current place uses Unifi but under owner's name, so this will be a new subscription for us.

Few questions to ask.
1. Is Bangsar South covered by TIME?
2. How do i go about getting a new line?
3. How long does it take to setup and install?
4. Does the package comes with the necessary hardware etc to ensure line speed is what we subscribed for?

We have never used TIME before, so am curious to find out as much as possible. Unifi at our current place sucks, hence the thought of switching provider.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Which building in specific ?
2. How do i go about getting a new line?
You may register via partners here.
3. How long does it take to setup and install?
5--7 working days (subject to port availability)
4. Does the package comes with the necessary hardware etc to ensure line speed is what we subscribed for?
It comes with ONU (aka Fiber Modem) + Router. Do note that this is best effort basis broadband type, and there is NO speed guarantee  or any SLA.

We have never used TIME before, so am curious to find out as much as possible. Unifi at our current place sucks, hence the thought of switching provider.
TIME should be another wise alternative for you to look into.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.
