Been with TIME for a few years now, thinking that the router needs an upgrade... Thinking if I should buy my own router or sign up for another 2 years contract hmmm

Which router that you are using now?
It's the best option to get own router instead.

Thanks.

Hello, it is easy to setup TIME Fibre PPPoE on RT-AC86U.
TIME doesn't need to setup VLAN Tagging like Maxis or Unifi need to setup the VLAN Tagging.
Just key in the PPPoE details and you are good to go.
No additional settings need to be set.

Thanks.

Alright! Thanks bro! 😉

any TIME agent here can quote me the TIME fiber business package..
min 100mbps..i was quote:

TIME FTTO promo plan:
100mbps plan RM398 -> RM248
fixed IP, for Fixed IP monthly additional RM200.
Total : RM448/monthly <- look like more costly than unifi biz

I've seen some workers claiming to be from TIME installing some wires in the longkang behind my house in the past few weeks. Am i gonna get TIME coverage in my area or are those cables for another purpose? For what it's worth i live in a terrace house in Penang so i'm kinda skeptical since so far, TIME only seems to provide service to high rise buildings.

Hello, I would like to recommend you to get TP-Link Archer AX20 if you have AX Devices with you.
Or Archer C80.
Or Deco M5 Twin Pack if your existing setup has dead spot on Wi-Fi Coverage.

Thanks.
