Hi, well...mine doesn't at least... but I'm on my own router. But that could be caused by other factors, please lodge a report to 1800 18 1818 for further checking.

Thanks.

Hi, if it's condo infra, it will be affecting the entire building or mass customers.

Are you on TP-Link Archer C1200 ?

Thanks.
*

Which router that you are using now?
It's the best option to get own router instead.

Thanks.

I live in a SOHO, just felt that it can be unstable at times but generally it is pretty good so far still

Hello, I would like to recommend you to get TP-Link Archer AX20 if you have AX Devices with you.
Or Archer C80.
Or Deco M5 Twin Pack if your existing setup has dead spot on Wi-Fi Coverage.

Thanks.

noted. thank you!

Current setup is the default Dlink850L + the white Huawei modem.

Is there any wifi6 router recommendation to upgrade to? Or replacing the model + router into a single device?

or would the Mesh combo from the TIME contract be worth?

silly question, is there a downside to modem+router vs router with ONT built-in?

For my case. coverage not good, speed not up to par.  500mbps can only get 110-370mbps on 5Ghz WiFi most of the time.

so it would still be better to go modem + router setup?
was thinking to declutter by having just 1 device but it seemed that 2 devices is unaboidable

anyone got problem with TIME connection randomly get disconnected, then reconnect back by itself then in less than an hour it disconnect and reconnect

i just happened recently, used for like 2 years dont have such problem, sometime when blowing strong wind or raining also will have this problem, but i doubt is the weather that is causing this

called to the customer support, they help to reset port (something similar to unifi) but the problem is still the same, i complain again then they say will send a technician to check, and right after i complained the line is okay again, when the technician called he said he cant do anything also if the line is okay

my experience with this was due to my old router (provided by TIME). It stopped happening after I replace my router
