Oh. It's the best to change router instead of modifying the antenna. It will void the warranty if still within warranty period.
Thanks.

QUOTE(northernhero @ Jul 27 2020, 05:24 PM) Thank you for your answer, do I need to renew my contract for another 2 years when i relocate? Hello, apply through agent/dealer unable to get the RM100 Rebate.Besides, can I know if I apply through agent can I still get the RM100 cashback? I tried with their website but it says "The building selected is undergoing a network upgrade. Kindly leave you details here and we'll be in touch with you once it's ready.". Does that mean I have to go to unifi or maxis now? As your building undergoing a network upgrades. This means that unable to sign up now. Either go for Maxis or Unifi now. Sorry for the convenience caused that some buildings having maintenance upgrades. Thanks. |

Hi, I am now on 4mbps streamyx with landline phone number
Time is expected to to finish up installing facilities in 2 weeks time If I were to change over, time will not include phone line right? I wish to keep the number . Does time handle the internet migration or do I need to cancel by ownself? |

QUOTE(mcchin @ Aug 3 2020, 10:53 AM) Hi, I am now on 4mbps streamyx with landline phone number Hi, by default there will be a phone line included in any of your Internet package subscribed.Time is expected to to finish up installing facilities in 2 weeks time If I were to change over, time will not include phone line right? I wish to keep the number . Does time handle the internet migration or do I need to cancel by ownself? But you can't keep the existing number on TIME platform. You will need to do your termination yourself with existing provider. Feel free to reach out to us we will assist you with all TIME related matters. Thanks. |

QUOTE(FusionXY @ Aug 3 2020, 12:36 PM) That's impossible to get a good router within that price range. How about this router? You will experience the same quality. How big is your house? Thanks.
